1. Data We Collect
Contact Information
When collected: When you submit a service request, use AI Advisor, or create an account
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- City / PIN code
Financial Profile Data
When collected: Voluntarily provided during onboarding or product advisory flows — never mandatory
- Income range
- Employment type
- Credit score range
- Product preferences
- Monthly spending range
Usage & Device Data
When collected: Automatically collected when you use the platform
- Pages visited
- Features used
- Browser type and OS
- IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
2. Data We Never Collect
We will never ask for or store:
- Aadhaar number or biometric data
- PAN card number
- Bank account numbers or IFSC codes
- Debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates
- Net banking passwords or OTPs
- UPI PIN or any authentication credentials
⚠️ If anyone claiming to be RightBank AI asks for the above, it is fraudulent. Please report it immediately.
3. How Data Flows to Partner Banks
When you submit a lead or service request:
Your name, phone, and relevant product context are shared.
Our advisor (human or AI) reviews and prepares your enquiry.
You confirm which bank(s) to connect with.
Only confirmed partner bank(s) receive your details.
4. Data Retention

5. Your Data Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable regulations, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — Request deletion of your data at any time.
- Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — Object to processing for certain purposes.
- Withdraw consent — Opt out of marketing or data sharing at any time.
